Terms and Conditions ulartoti – Our Platform Usage Guidelines

To use ulartoti's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you fully satisfy all of these conditions:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration
• Register under your own identity — not on behalf of another person
• Never declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings
• Act as a private individual, not as a business or organisation
• Not listed on any betting exclusion list maintained by a relevant authority

Ulartoti reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Creating an ulartoti account is simple and free. However, there are a few rules that must be followed:

• One account only permitted per individual. Registering more than one account is a breach of our terms and may result in all accounts being suspended.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. False information may result in account termination.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• The registered email address and phone number must be active and reachable for verification and communication purposes.

Ulartoti reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Our decision on this matter is final.

Ulartoti provides a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for members in Malaysia. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page of your account.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Rare technical delays will be resolved within 30 minutes.
• Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, e-wallets, and digital payment methods available to users in Malaysia.
• Deposited funds must be used for wagering activities on the ulartoti platform only.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may be made once all rollover requirements (if any) have been fully met.
• Members who have completed KYC will have their withdrawal processed within 1–2 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account in the same member's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• Ulartoti reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal for fraud prevention purposes.

Ulartoti offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (re-wagering) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Ulartoti reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses if misuse is suspected.
• Each bonus has a validity period — unused bonuses not claimed within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Some games may not contribute fully toward rollover requirements. Please check the specific promotion terms for details.

All games and wagering on the ulartoti platform are subject to the following rules:

• Game results are determined by the system RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently audited. ulartoti does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except through the "cash out" feature available for eligible bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, ulartoti reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Bets placed through unauthorised means, including the use of bots, automated software, or exploitation of system bugs, are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface.

For sports betting, bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by ulartoti and the wagered amount refunded without prior notice.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between ulartoti and you as a member. The following security guidelines must be observed:

• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security — this is strongly recommended.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ulartoti support team immediately.
• Ulartoti will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy ulartoti. Please read that policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Ulartoti reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to exploit system bugs or manipulate game outcomes
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses
• Conduct that is unlawful or that undermines the integrity of the platform

If your account is terminated due to fraud or a breach of terms, ulartoti reserves the right to hold your account balance while an investigation is in progress. Should the investigation confirm a violation, balances linked to the offending activity may be forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the ulartoti support team. Any remaining balance after all conditions have been met will be refunded via the original payment method.

Use of the ulartoti platform is at your own risk. ulartoti is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors
• Any consequences arising from use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements

This terms and conditions document is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the ulartoti platform will be resolved through channels designated by ulartoti management.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
